[ZenithZone] Regulament ADMINS

ADMIN REGULATION
I . Change of map
1. You are NOT allowed to change the map without a vote - Penalties start from a verbal warning
2. You have a duty to advise each other before voting - Penalties start with a verbal warning
3. You have a duty to vote at least 3 maps - Penalties start with a verbal warning
4. The cards in say / cards (last 5 cards played) are excluded from the vote (exception between 01:00-10:00 at night) - Penalties start from verbal warning
5. Between 01:00 - 10:00 you have the duty to keep the server populated using any type of map depending on the number of players - Penalties start from verbal warning
6. After the night program has started and until it ends (01:00-10:00) admins have the obligation not to change the map or the time limit. This program consists in the fact that from 01:00 the maps maintained on the server will be classic, until 04:00 while an admin is active, then the next map will be de_dust2 until 11:00. After 11/12:00 you will have the right to change the map - Sanctions start from suspend 3 days, up to -1 to grade or even REMOVE)
7. Voting will be given only in the last 10 minutes, not 15, not 20, but the last 10 minutes - Sanctions start from verbal warning
8. After 23:00 awp maps are excluded from voting - Sanctions start from suspension of access.
II - Use of controls
1. You are NOT allowed to swear in the public say/say_team chat - Violation of the rule is sanctioned starting from -1 degree
2. You are NOT allowed to ban without giving a reason - Penalty starting from -1 grade
3. Admins are not allowed to kick after 01:00 to any player/admin for afk reason, only if he wants another player to enter - colleague - Sanctions start from verbal warning / suspend / -1 degree
4. Changing nickname of people who have too long/vulgar/character name ~@#%&.^$ is done in ZenithZone Player or any other name by executing command amx_nick in console - Penalties for indifference start from verbal warning
5. Banlist is mandatory on this server, each admin must have banlist and post there all bannings with permanent effect, in the post is mandatory and proof - Any ban given without being accompanied by proof and post on FORUM will be SANCTIONED WITH REMOVE!!!
III . Temporary ban
1. To give a temporary ban use the command amx_ban "name" "time" "reason".
2. Gag people who offend players/admins for a period between 3 and 29 minutes (maximum) depending on the offense or irony in question. If retry is given after the gag, a ban of between 30 and 120 minutes is applied at the discretion of the user - the penalty for not complying with these guidelines starts from 3 days suspension in the case of not complying with the penalty.
IV . Permanent bans
1. All permanent bans are given on STEAMID and IP. To ban a player use the command amx_ban "name" "0" "reason" (quotes are not mandatory). once banned use the command amx_last, take the ip and make the command amx_addban "sasa" "IP TAKEN FROM LAST" 0 and reason. (only the IP is required to be put in quotes) If the server has exited, use the same command amx_addban nick "STEAMID OR IP" "0" "reason" (STEAMID must be between "" in both cases) To find out the STEAMID use the console command amx_last if it has exited the server).
2. All permanent banning are given with proof (demo or picture). All admins must carry proof for 14 days in case of unban/claim - Penalties start from -1 degree
3. Do not ban on ip class - Violation of the rule is sanctioned with REMOVE
4. Players are sanctioned with permanent ban:
- For using codes of any type.
- if banned in the past and you are sure it is the same player.
- serious insults to the Staff and the ZenithZone server.
5. Every admin is obliged to apply the ban order only if the proof belongs to him. It is forbidden to ban another admin (exception is the rank of Founder/Co-Founder.) - Sanctions start at -1 rank for the admin who executed the ban command.
V. Nickname & amx_say.
1. It is forbidden to play with another name than the one you have access to. Only nicknames where your identity can be easily recognized by other admins are accepted - Sanctions in such cases start from 1 day/3 days suspension.
2. It is forbidden for admins to use amx_say/csay/tsay for their own purposes - Sanctions start from a verbal warning
3. The amx_say command is used a maximum of 3 times consecutively - Penalties start with a verbal warning.
VI. Login data (Admin name and password)
1. It is forbidden to pass on your login data, i.e. nick/pass - steam - Violation of the rule is punished with REMOVE
2. It is forbidden to forward your cfg to other people, not before checking/deleting any setinfo _pw line in it. It may contain your login details.
3. If you have forgotten your login details and no longer have the message sent with your access details, ask a Founder to resend them to you.
4. Founders / Co-Founders with FTP access are forbidden to disclose personal login data or server/forum passwords to other admins regardless of their rank or to other persons, they are sent exclusively via PM to the rightful persons - Violation of the rule is punishable by REMOVE.
VII. Activity of the administrators
1. Admins have a duty to have a forum account and to be active on the server
2. Admins have a duty to inform themselves about the server conditions (rules, plugins, notifications). Misinformation of admins is punishable by suspension / verbal warning / remove.
3. Admins have the obligation to pre upload pictures on a picture site [www.imgur.com - www.postimage.com]. If the player fails to post the pictures, they will be posted on the forum, under Unban Requests - Sanctions start with a verbal warning.
VIII. Violation of rules
1. DO NOT abuse admin - Breaking the rule is punished according to the penalty system
2. Admins must be impartial and keep the game as free and pleasant as possible - Penalties for favouritism start from -1 grade
3. You have to be an example for other players!
4. Attacks of any kind between admins are forbidden. Don't do yourself justice, show proof to the founder/co-founder - Breaking the rule is punished starting from -1 rank
5. The use of commands between you, admins, is strictly forbidden - Violation of the rule is punishable from -1
6. I agree to read the forum at least once a day.
7. CONGRATULATIONS! You had the good initiative to read the rules and you are one step closer to becoming admin. It's almost there!
8. In the interval 01-10 no kick to bots, regardless of the number of players on the server - Violation of the rule is punished starting from -1
9. Admins have the obligation to keep a decent language, both on the forum and on the server, including public CHAT and admins CHAT - Sanctions start from a verbal warning.
10. If an admin retires and wishes to return to the staff, he/she will receive the rank of Super-Moderator/Administrator regardless of the rank he/she had! [Depending on the person in question and the rank they had before].
11. You are obliged to stay on our TeamSpeak (TS.ZenithZone.Info - ZenithZone Channel) While you are admins with us, It is important to remember when you enter the server you also enter TeamSpeak! - Sanctions being verbal warning - suspended
IX. Rights
1. Admins have the right to information.
2. Administrators have the right to free expression.
3. Administrators have the right to free choice.
(This answers the question "Have you read the rules?" from admin requests).
X. Obligations
1. If a player notifies you to look at someone because they claim to have codes, you have an obligation to do your duty as admin and look at the person notified - Penalties start from a verbal warning.
2. Respect your colleagues and players on the server.
3. If you have a problem and you are absent from the server for more than 5/6 days, announce it on the forum under "STAFF Area" -> Absences / Withdrawals. Otherwise you will be sanctioned if you do not report it.
4. Follow the advice/guidance of senior admins.
5. Maintain a pleasant atmosphere on the server and fair play.
6. You are obliged to respond to requests for unban/complaints made to you on the forum, within 24 hours - Violation of the rule is punished with a verbal warning and ending with -1/suspend/remove.
7. Senior admins or older admins are obliged to help the new admin and explain what to do if he/she has some problems. Don't jump on it and don't criticize because nobody is born learned!
8. Admins are not allowed to ask for explanations for commands used by colleagues in any form and under no circumstances to "Owner/Founder" ranks - Come with proof to a Founder via a private message in case of problems with any admin - Sanctions start from verbal warning/-1/suspension.
9. If you suspect an admin of code, do not directly or indirectly provoke discussion on the server/forum and do not execute commands on him/her. You are obliged to bring a clear proof against that admin, (demo) and look for a founder to analyze it!
10. Admins have the right to ask for the password from the staff only and to check the section periodically (for the password write /pass on the server).
XI. Others
1.Indifference shown by any admin is punishable from verbal warning to REMOVE.
2.In case a Founder enters the server and notices players and online admins who are actually playing without interest to clean the server, all those present on the server are sanctioned with verbal warning / suspend / - 1 degree.
3.If a Founder/Co-Founder asks for help in checking players or gives directives to admins on the server that are related to their activity and conduct and they do not comply by ignoring or challenging them, the sanctions start to run from verbal warning if they do not fall under another sanction in the sanction system.
4.The rules apply to absolutely everyone, without exception!
5.WarGods is forbidden! Admins are obliged to be active daily, to bring new people here and to advertise the server! Rank increases will only be given by the server founders when they deem you to be a capable admin for the rank you are about to hold! Decisions made by them are not up for discussion as far as the admin and the server are concerned!
