[ZenithZone] Rules & information

When registering you are considered to have read these rules and you agree 100% with what is written here.
If you are already registered at the time of posting the rules, your action of posting further is a tacit acceptance of its contents, whether you have read it or not.
ZenithZone is a forum intended for all categories of users (gamers, those in the IT&C world, people who want to develop a civilized conversation on various topics of culture and science, art and humor, etc.).
Discussions that fail to fall within the bounds of common sense and 7 years at home are not approved by the forum management, including those in private messages.
The moderators of the various sections are obliged to respect this desideratum and therefore have the right to close or delete any parallel discussion. The use of warnings and explanations is considered useful, in the hope that certain attitudes/errors of expression will be corrected in the future.
It is recommended to use the "Search" option to see if the topic you wish to discuss in the form of starting a new topic has not already been discussed.
The use of uncivil, aberrant language, IRC-like discussions, monosyllabic replies such as "yes", "lol", "that's right", etc., promotion of software piracy and posts that contravene current legislation are not allowed. We want every user of this forum to be protected by the current rules, therefore, the function/nationality/race/age of the user assaulted by insults does not matter, and the offender will bear the consequences.
Each user is responsible for what they write, the management of this forum takes no responsibility for your opinions.
The fact that a user has a different opinion, well argued and expressed, does not indicate a lack of respect for his interlocutors and their opinions.
Discussion topics that are essentially intended to cause a scandal are forbidden - both their initiators and those who get caught up in this "game" will be severely punished.
Clones are not accepted. A new account made by a user whose old account has been deleted is not considered a clone. If a user is banned/suspended and creates an account that they use to circumvent that sanction, both accounts will be deleted. This rule is retroactive.
Avatars, custom titles, signatures and nicknames must not be anti-Semitic, racist, pornographic or excessively violent. Their message must not cause any kind of confusion between user and moderator/administrator or violate the laws of our country. These specifications are not limitative - we reserve the right to introduce further restrictions in the future depending on situations that arise.
User nicknames cannot change more often than 30 days, ONLY users with a minimum of 50 posts can make such a request, link here.
In addition to these rules, it is advisable to read the rules of the sections where you want to start activity.
Only posts in Romanian or English are allowed on this forum.





The rules of use of the forum are based on some common sense rules, but depending on the offence committed, different sanctions may be applied for those who fail to comply with the seven years at home.

SANCTIONS:
1. Off Topic - written warning on first offense, followed by 1 warning point and the right to post will be suspended for one day.
2. IRC-like language - written warning at first offence, followed by 1 warning point and the right to post will be suspended for one day.
3. Failure to comply with the posting rules - 2 warning points, followed by 0 day suspension.
4. Advancements, signatures, names, etc. not in accordance with the rules - written warning, followed by 1 warn point, to 4 warns suspend 1 day.
5. Inappropriate language (vulgar, obscene) - 4 points warn, followed by PERMANENT BAN!
6. Assault on person - Suspend one day or PERMANENT BAN depending on the situation.
7. Insults - Verbal warning + 1 warning, if it continues 4 warning points or PERMANENT BAN depending on the situation.
8. Warez - Permanent ban.
9. Advertisement / Spam - Permanent BAN.
10. Creating multiple accounts - permanent BAN.
11.Spamming in a 10 minute period with more than 20 posts is sanctioned with a warning.

For a better understanding of this system, we would like to clarify certain definitions of some of the offences listed above:
- IRC-like language - Use of abbreviations specific to IRC discussions ("k" instead of "like", "p" instead of "on", "bn" instead of "well" etc...), intentional spelling of words ("eo" instead of "I" etc...), use of so-called Hacker language ("534|2(|-|" instead of "search", "n0rM4L" instead of "normal" etc...).
- Violation of posting rules- [Keyword: CMGE] Violation of posting rules specific to a certain section of the forum. Also included in this category are posting in a language other than those specified in the rules (English and Romanian), contradictory discussions between admins, related to server administration, held elsewhere than ADMINS ONLY, as well as disobeying temporary rules, such as continuing discussions on a particular topic even though an Administrator/Moderator has forbidden this.
- Attacking the person - Using expressions / remarks that in principle offend a specific forum user (or group of users), even if not done directly.
- Swearing - Offending another member or members of the forum, not necessarily using vulgar language or obscene words.
- Warez - Promoting software piracy and making posts that contravene current legislation.
- Creating multiple accounts - Creating users, especially to get around a penalty. The penalty is applied to the "original" user, the accounts are deleted.





MODERATORS REGULATION:
1. BASIC RULE: User rules are not excluded for moderators! The same penalties will be applied, and if repeated, will result in removal of moderator rights on this forum.
2. Once you become a moderator on this forum, you agree to maintain order, and if necessary, to sanction, with prior notice to an Administrator, other members.
3. Do not abuse the access you have and do not give warnings unless the rules have been broken.
4. Every time you give a warning to a user, you have the obligation to indicate the reason for it. risk of suspension of rank.
5. Moderators must have a civilized language/behavior towards forum users, not with an air of superiority.
6. If a moderator misses more than two weeks without excuse, they will be removed.
7. Accumulating 3 warnings will result in removal of moderator access.
8. Moderators are obliged to close topics that flagrantly violate the rules.
9. When closing a topic, you must clearly explain the reason, TC type replies are not accepted.
10.Any complaint is sanctioned with a permanent ban.
11. Moderators close topics ONLY in their own categories, not in those intended for admins or other colleagues.
ANY SANCTION IS GIVEN ON EVIDENCE AND WITH AN ADMIN'S NOTICE!
*For any irregularity or complaint, you must express your grievances, in a civilized manner at the forum staff complaints section.

CHAT RULES:
1. You may not advertise other sites. (PERMANENT BAN on chat)
2. It is forbidden to use trivial, vulgar language, as well as insulting chat users. (BAN for two days in chat)
3. Do not exceed 4 consecutive lines (Verbal warning + deletion of messages and one day ban from chat).
4. Do not use CAPS LOCK more than once in a row when chatting, in order not to spoil the appearance. (Verbal warning + deletion of messages and BAN one day on chat)
5. In chat, posting with BBcodes of any kind is not allowed. (colors, img, spoilers, etc), except ONLY Owners and Administrators, who can use this method to announce a great importance/emergency. (Verbal warning + deletion of message and BAN on chat one day)
7. Write an idea in a sentence/phrase, "turn and word" is not acceptable. (Verbal warning + message deletion)

The administrators of this forum reserve the right to change this rule periodically, so we suggest you check it daily.
